Hi, I am Bailey.
I've spent 15+ years as a founder, operator, and executive partner inside scaling organizations. I trained as an industrial engineer, spent 10+ years building a national employee wellness and engagement company from scratch, then led operations, strategy, and HR teams at technology and social-impact organizations. Along the way, I trained in mindfulness, embodied coaching, and adaptive leadership so I see the human side of the work as clearly as the operational side. Most consultants are strong in systems or strong in people. I love working where they meet.
